CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
1 c. softened butter
1/2 c. softened butter
8 oz. softened cream cheese
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. sifted cake flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine butter, butter and cream cheese. Beat well with a heavy duty mixer. Gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes). Add eggs, one at a time and beat well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Add flour to creamed mixture and beat well. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely. Serves 12.
