CREAM CHEESE NUT POUND CAKE | |
1/2 lb. butter 3 c. sugar 6 eggs 3 c. sifted plain flour 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts Have butter and eggs at room temperature. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat mixture well. Sift flour and soda. Add to mixture, add nuts. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. |
