COYOTE CAFE BUTTER 
2 sticks butter, room temperature
8 sundried tomatoes, plumped in boiling water and drained
2-3 cloves garlic (or more to taste)
10 leaves fresh basil

Place all ingredients in food processor and process with steel knife. These measurements are approximately - change to taste.

This flavorful butter is our version of a spread we were served in Arizona.
