UNBELIEVEABLE NO - FAT CARROT
SOUP
 
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped onions (about 5 tbsp.)
5 pkg. weight watchers beef broth mix
1/4 c. Italian style tomato paste
1 tbsp. uncooked rice
1/2 pkg. butter buds (about 1 tbsp.)
1 c. frozen peas
Some chives or chopped parsley

Put everything except peas and chives in a 4 quart pot and boil. Simmer 40 minutes or so, add peas and simmer until peas are done. 6 servings contains no saturated fat or cholesterol. A very hearty soup.
