TURKEY (OR CHICKEN) CRUNCH
CASSEROLE
 
3 c. diced, cooked turkey or chicken
2 c. hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. diced celery or canned water chestnuts
1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds
1 c. (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. REAL mayonnaise (do not substitute salad dressing)
Chow mein noodles or crushed potato chips

Mix together first 6 ingredients. Stir soup into real mayonnaise, toss with turkey mix, turn into 2 quart casserole and sprinkle with noodles or crushed chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbling. Serves 8 to 10.
