ORANGE PECANS 
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. grated orange rind (best if freshly grated)
2 c. whole pecans

In large Teflon coated skillet, mix orange juice, sugar, and orange rind together over medium heat. Continually stir until mixture begins to boil. Add pecans and continue stirring until nuts absorb all the liquid. Remove from heat and stir until sugar coating crystallizes. Spread on cookie sheets to cool.
