ORANGE-MAPLE PECAN BARS 
4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 c. maple-flavored pancake syrup
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
For Decoration: Confectioners' sugar

Line a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with foil, letting ends extend above pan on 2 sides. Mix cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar, orange concentrate, syrup, butter and 3/4 cup of the pecans into a large bowl until blended. Transfer to prepared pan and press into an even layer. Gently press remaining nuts on top. Dust with confectioners' sugar. Use foil ends to lift onto cutting board. Cut in bars. Lift off foil. Makes 24.
