ORANGE PECAN SALAD 
1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
1 large can chunk pineapple, drained
1 c. coconut
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
pecans, halved or chopped

Mix sugar and cream cheese together. Stir in oranges, pineapple and coconut. Spread in glass dish. Sprinkle pecans on top. For best results, chill for 1 to 2 hours.
