CRANBERY ORANGE NUT BREAD 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 to 2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. cranberries, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
2 tsp. salad oil
1 c. powdered sugar

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda together. mix egg, orange peel, orange juice and salad oil together. Blend into dry ingredients. Fold in cranberries and nuts. Fill loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Combine powdered sugar and orange juice. Drizzle on top of bread.
