FARFEL MUFFINS | |
1 1/2 c. boiled water 1 heaping tbsp. butter 4 eggs 2 c. farfel Boil water and take off fire. Put farfel and shortening in boiling water and let set until all water is absorbed. Add beaten eggs and mix all together. Put in muffin tins. Makes 12 muffins. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Use foil muffin pans. |
