COUNTRY-STYLE COLE SLAW | |
1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. cider vinegar 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/8 tsp. celery seeds 4 c. coarsely shredded cabbage 3/4 c. coarsely shredded carrots 1/2 c. diced green pepper 2 tbsp. sliced green onion In medium bowl, stir together first 6 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat well. Cover; chill at least 2 hours. Makes 4 cups. |
