SURPRISE CASSEROLE 
1 can French cut green beans, drained
1 can white shoe peg corn, drained
1 can water chestnuts (8 oz.), sliced and drained

2:
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1 med. onion, diced
1 c. shredded sharp cheese

Note: This is a large casserole so for smaller groups use 2 pans and freeze one.

Layer #1 ingredients in bottom of 9x13 pan, greased.

Mix #2 ingredients all together and carefully spread over vegetable layer.

Crush or mince well.
