STEAMED MEAT DUMPLINGS 
1 lb. ground pork
1/4 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup minced water chestnuts
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. Accent (MSG; optional)
1 pkg. Wonton wrappers

Dumpling Dip:

1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce

Mix all ingredients except Wontons. Put 1 tablespoon filling in center of Wonton. Fold 4 corners up to center and twist around filling. Steam dumplings for 15 to 20 minutes.

Dip in 1 teaspoon lemon juice mixed with 1/4 cup soy sauce.
