SUMMER MESS MEAL 
1 or 2 green peppers (bells)
1 or 2 red peppers
Hot pepper, (optional)
Broccoli, (optional)

Chop green and red peppers. Use raw. 1 lb. Ronzoni (#124) (squiggles) (can use spinach pasta also) 1/2 c. olive oil Grating cheese Ground red pepper

Open skillet, cook sausages then cut (chop). Let cool, add cold pasta to cold sausages with peppers (and broccoli). Let cool. Season to taste.
