4 lbs. ground meat
1 bunch celery
2 can tomatoes
1 can mushroom soup
3 lg. onions (chopped)
2 bell peppers
1/4 bottle catsup
3 cans Mexican beans
Salt, oregano, pepper and bay leaf to taste.

Brown meat, onions, celery and peppers in an electric skillet at 350 degrees. Add rest of ingredients and simmer until done. Serve topped with fritos, grated cheese, shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes. Leave meat mixture in skillet on low heat to serve. Serve 16.
