1 c. flour
1 c. water
2 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. salt
Food coloring, optional

Mix all ingredients over medium heat in a large saucepan until it forms a ball and leaves the sides of the pan. Store covered after it has cooled in a plastic container.
