1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
1 tbsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. alum food coloring

Mix ingredients together in a pan and cook on high, stirring constantly. Remove from heat when play dough reaches correct consistency. Cool.
