2 bunches fresh spinach
1 pt. strawberries

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. onion, minced
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Wash and dry spinach, tear in bite-size pieces. Wash, hull and halve strawberries.

FOR DRESSING: Put all ingredients except oil in blender or food processor. Add oil with motor running. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss. Very pretty.
