4 c. cut up fresh spinach
1 c. halved or sliced fresh strawberries

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil

Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar, stir to dissolve sugar, then shake. Toss spinach and strawberries in a bowl, adding dressing to taste. Serves 4-6. Any extra dressing can be saved in refrigerator for use on future salads.

You can alter the ratio of spinach to strawberries to suit your taste, and a sprinkling of slivered almonds adds a nice crunch, if you like.
