SPINACH AND STRAWBERRY SALAD 
2 bunches (pkg.) fresh spinach, washed, drained & torn
1 pt. fresh strawberries, washed & cut in half
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. celery seed
3 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar

Place spinach and strawberries in salad bowl, cover and refrigerate. Blend sugar, mustard, salt and celery seed; add grated onion. Add gradually, beating constantly, vegetable oil and vinegar. This can be refrigerated for several hours. Pour over spinach and strawberries gently when ready to serve.
