Wash and dry spinach leaves; tear to bite-size. Layer spinach leaves; add strawberries and scallions. Can be done ahead and refrigerated. 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. vinegar Dash Worcestershire 1 tbsp. poppy seed 2 tbsp. sesame seeds 1 tbsp. minced onion 1/4 tsp. paprika

Mix dressing; pour on salad just before serving.
