1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. chocolate chips
9 c. Crispix cereal
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter and peanut butter and chocolate chips. Pour over cereal. Stir until coated. Shake in brown bag with powdered sugar.
