MIXED VEGETABLES CASSEROLE 
1 large frozen broccoli vegetable mix
1 can water chestnuts sliced and drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
6 tsp. cracker crumbs
6 tbsp. butter melted
Parmesan cheese

Stir together broccoli vegetable mix, water chestnuts and soup. Put in a 9 by 13 inch pan. Mix the cracker crumbs and butter, place next on top. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

Bake at 350°F for one hour.
