FRESH VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
2 c. cauliflower florets
2 c. broccoli florets
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2/3 c. lowfat plain yogurt
3 tbsp. light mayonnaise or low calorie salad dressing
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dillweed
Dash hot pepper sauce
2 med. ripe tomatoes, seeded & chopped

In a large bowl mix 1st 4 ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients (except tomatoes) for the dressing. Fold dressing into vegetable mixture. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Just before serving, add tomatoes and mix gently. Serves 10 (1/2 cups).
