MACARONI AND CHEESE VEGETABLE MEDLEY | |
1 1/2 c. water 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced carrots 4 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese Combine hot water, macaroni, broccoli, and carrots in 2 quart casserole. Dot with butter. Cover and place in oven. Cook on high about 8 minutes. Stir, cover. Cook on medium about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside. |
