TURKEY DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears or 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. fresh broccoli
1-2 c. diced turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
Grated sharp cheese

Cook broccoli until tender; drain. Layer broccoli and turkey in a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Combine soup and milk and pour over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 4.

You may substitute any kind of creamed soup. Ham, chicken, or a family size can of tuna may be substituted for the turkey.
