SHERRY-PEA POD SOUP ELEGANTE 
1 (1 1/4 oz.) can green pea soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can beef broth (about 2 c.)
2 c. light cream
1/4 c. dry sherry
2 tbsp. butter

In saucepan combine green pea and cream of chicken soups; stir in beef broth and light cream or milk. Cook and stir until heated through. Makes 8-10 appetizer servings.
