STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB CRUNCH 
4 c. chopped rhubarb

CRUMBS:

1 c. flour
3/4 c. oats
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
Cinnamon to taste

Mix together flour, oats, brown sugar and cut in butter. Add cinnamon to taste.

SYRUP:

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil first 3 ingredients until clear, add vanilla.

Place some crumbs in 9 inch square pan. Add rhubarb, strawberries. Pour syrup over. Cover with rest of crumb mixture. Bake 350 degrees for one hour.
