GRANDMOTHER'S RHUBARB BUTTER
CRUNCH
 
3 c. diced rhubarb
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. raw rolled oats
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening

Combine rhubarb, sugar and 3 tablespoons flour. Place in greased 6 x 10 inch baking dish. Mix brown sugar, oats and 1 1/2 cups of flour. Cut in butter and shortening. Sprinkle this over fruit mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
