GRANDMA KRESS' RHUBARB CRUNCH 
1 c. flour
5 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter

Crumble ingredients together and press into bottom of 9"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. flour 3/4 tsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 c. unsweetened cut up rhubarb

Beat together eggs, sugar, salt, flour, baking powder and lemon juice. Beat together. Mix with rhubarb. Pour over crust. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
