PEPPERED SHRIMP 
1 lb. med. shrimp, do not shell
1 lb. real butter
Pepper

Melt butter over medium heat. Wash and drain shrimp, add to butter. Blanket shrimp with pepper and cook until shrimp turns pink, approximately 3 minutes. Shell shrimp and eat. A loaf of sliced French bread to dip in butter is excellent with this dish. Serves 2.
