MEAT BALLS OR MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. lean pork
2 lbs. lean hamburger
12 soda crackers, crumbled
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 sm. bunch parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Soak crackers in milk. Add egg, parsley, seasoning. Add meat and mix. Roll in balls and brown in butter. Drain fat and add for gravy. 1 c. sour cream 1 bunch parsley, chopped fine.

Bake in oven or crock pot.
