INDIVIDUAL MEAT LOAF BALLS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 c. tomato sauce (save 1/2 c. for topping)
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. dried minced onion flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

MEAT LOAF: Combine ground beef, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, bread crumbs, egg, onion flakes (or chopped onions), salt and pepper. Mix well. Shape meat mixture into 4 individual loaves. Place in a lightly greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 baking pan. Bake loaves at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.

TOPPING: Combine remaining tomato sauce, brown sugar, parsley flakes, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Pour over loaves and bake an additional 5 minutes.
