MOTHER'S COCONUT PIES 
4 eggs
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 1/3 c. sweet milk
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2-2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 stick melted butter

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Add melted butter and blend well. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Can also use small can of drained pineapple, and a little less milk for a different flavor.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
