EASY LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 lg. jar Prego sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
16 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese, approximately 2 lbs.
1 lb. lasagna noodles
1 egg

Brown meat and onions. Drain and add sauce; simmer. Cook noodles, drain and cool. In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and egg. In a baking dish or lasagna pan, spread sauce on the bottom. Add one layer of noodles. Spread cheese-mixture on the noodles. Spread sauce as next layer; then top with Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients have been used. Use plenty of sauce and Mozzarella in each layer. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover dish for first 20 minutes; then remove cover for the time remaining.
