HOT CABBAGE SLAW | |
4 c. coarsely shredded red or green cabbage 1 can (16 oz.) cut green beans, drained 1/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. instant minced onion 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. vinegar In large saucepan heat all ingredients to boiling. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered, tossing occasionally until cabbage is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. 6 servings. 65 calories each. |
