CHOCOLATE CHIP FROSTING 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chocolate semi-sweets
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil all ingredients except vanilla and chocolate chips for one minute, stirring frequently while boiling. Then turn off the heat and add your chips and vanilla. Stir until frosting is a little thick. Using a small spoon fill the coconut cookies. You will have frosting left over after filling the cookies. I just add some nuts to the frosting, spread in a pan to the thickness desired for a fudge. Refrigerate and cut into pieces. The cookies need to be refrigerated.
