12 oz. chocolate chips
4 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar

Combine chocolate chips, butter and milk in saucepan over low heat until chocolate just melts. Remove from heat, stir in powdered sugar and beat until smooth and glossy. If not glossy, add few drops of hot water.
