SCALLOP CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. bay scallops
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. melted butter (I use 1/2 c.)

1. Mix dry ingredients and 1/2 of melted butter.

2. Mix 1/2 of mixture and scallops, put in casserole.

3. Top with remaining crumbs and butter. Bake 25 minutes in 350 degree oven.
