SCALLOP CASSEROLE 
3/4 lb. sea scallops
1/2 pkg. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter
Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt, pepper, and paprika

Mix together well and put in shallow casserole. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Flip scallops and continue baking for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
