ROMANO TOPPED TOMATOES 
3 tomatoes, halved crosswise
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. grated Romano cheese

Sprinkle cut side of tomato halves with salt and pepper. Broil 3 to 5 minutes about 4 inches from heat. Place 1 teaspoon butter, 1 teaspoon parsley and 1 teaspoon cheese on each; broil 2 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
