CREAMY BROCCOLI SOUP 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
3/4 lb. pasteurized process cheese spread
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed, cooked and drained
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of pepper

In a 2 quart saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender. Add milk and cream cheese; stir until melted on low heat. Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly. Makes 5 - 1/2 cup servings.
