AUNT MARY'S PEAS DELUXE 
1 (17 oz.) can peas
2 med. eggs
1 med. size onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute sliced onions in oil in medium saucepan. Add peas with only half the water in the can to the onions, keeping heat low. Add slightly beaten eggs and stir until eggs are scrambled. Season with salt and pepper. Mixture should neither be too dry nor too liquid.
