AUNT MARY'S VEGETABLE SALAD 
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimiento
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans
12 oz. shoe peg corn, drained
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Bring first 6 ingredients to a boil to dissolve sugar. Let cool. Pour over all vegetables. Refrigerate 12 hours. Stir occasionally. Serves 8.
