MARY'S SPECIAL SALAD 
2 c. chopped lettuce
1 med. tomato
1/2 c. cauliflower florets
1/2 c. broccoli florets
5 or 6 strips bell pepper
5 or 6 strips carrots
5 or 6 onion rings
2 oz. baked chopped chicken breast
1/4 c. low calorie salad dressing
Black pepper
Garlic powder

Or 2 oz. solid white tuna, packed in water.

Chop all ingredients to bite size pieces. Mix ingredients. Add chicken or tuna for protein. Season to taste with black pepper and or garlic powder.
