S'MORES COOKIES 
1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup flour
3/4 cup softened butter
2 cups mini marshmallows
2 1.5 oz milk chocolate bars or 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350°F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, sugar, and butter. Beat at low speed scraping bowl until mixture resembles small peas. Reserve 1 1/4 cup for topping. Press remaining mixture in a 9 inch square pan.

Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over crust. Break chocolate bars into rectangles, place over marshmallows. Sprinkle with reserve crumb mixture.

Bake 25- 30 minutes until marshmallows are toasted and top is golden brown.
