PEANUT BUTTER CUP COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking powder
Mini Reese's peanut butter chips
Tassie pans

Cream together butter, sugar, peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients, sifted together. Mix well and form into 40 balls. Place each ball into tassie pans. Do not press dough into cup shape. Bake in form of balls for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees.

Remove from oven and press in one peanut butter cup into each cookie. Let stand until cookies are cool. Hint: Don't remove cookies from tassie pan while hot or warm.
