Cookie Sheet Cake - Recipe

COOKIE SHEET CAKE

Mix and cook until barely comes to a boil (mixture will be thin) :

1/2 c. shortening
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coca-Cola or Pepsi

Add:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk with 1 tsp. baking soda in it

Mix alternately with:

2 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. marshmallows, mini
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake in cookie sheet 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. Coke or Pepsi

Heat until melted.

Add:

1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
