EASY BAKE APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
1 can apple pie filling (21 oz. can)
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. coarsely chopped nuts
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pan 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Mix pie filling and cinnamon; reserve. Beat flour, sugar, milk, softened butter, baking powder, salt and eggs in large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Pour half of batter into pan.

Spoon half of pie filling (1 cup) over batter. Repeat with remaining batter and pie filling. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts over pie filling mixture; drizzle with melted butter. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean 45-55 minutes. Serve warm!
