HERB DRESSING 
1 c. non-fat plain yogurt
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. fresh basil
1 1/2 tsp. fresh tarragon
1 1/2 tsp. fresh chervil
1 lg. clove garlic, finely minced
1 tsp. ground red pepper (opt.)

Combine all ingredients. Store and use as desired over salads.
